The Beauty Lunch Executive Committee, led by Amino Up Co., Ltd., is thrilled to announce the launch of the 20th “Healthy Do Support Project ‘Bijin Lunch'” event in collaboration with 11 restaurants in Sapporo. The project, which will commence on November 1, 2024, features lunch menus utilizing products certified under the Hokkaido Food Functionality Labeling System “Healthy Do.”
Launched in April 2013, the Hokkaido Food Functionality Labeling System is a unique certification system aimed at promoting and educating consumers about functional foods. The “Beauty Lunch” project, held twice a year in May and November, collaborates with local restaurants to create limited-time original menus featuring certified products. The concept behind these menus is to promote inner beauty through nutrition.
This year, with an emphasis on “anti-aging,” the menus incorporate the functional ingredient “Oligonol®” and carefully selected ingredients known for their anti-aging properties. Enjoy
the unique creations of each restaurant’s chef.
