AHCC® is manufactured through our proprietary long-term liquid culturing process.
In 1987, we found a unique bioactive mycelia of Lentinula edodes from a vast range of basidiomycetes, and since then we have been using this specialty mycelia for the production of AHCC®. While the long term cultivation in large liquid tank is subject to the change in quality of sensitive mycelia, our proprietary manufacturing process enables us to produce consistent and standardized product of AHCC®.
All the AHCC® bulk powder sold in the world are manufactured at our state-of-the-art facilities in Sapporo, Japan. Our facilities are comply with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2005, also designed with 70 eco-friendly features to promote environmental conservation, reduce CO2 emissions, and reduce power consumption by leveraging natural energy.
