Design a product concept
Exploring apparent and inapparant demand of customer, we design a product concept, which will lead the entire development process of a new product.
Select materials
Once a product concept is set, we select the materials that are essential for the production. Each material is evaluated on a basis of quality, lead time, cost, supply stability and other factors. These pieces of material information are kept updated by our Quality Control team regularly. Also, all raw materials brought in from outside are analyzed by our Quality Assurance team to ensure they meet specification requirements.
Trial production and validation
Through the trial production of a new product, we validate its manufacturing process and product quality. Stability testing is among the validation process. We check whether or not the product can maintain sufficiently high quality when exposed to heat, humidity and light. We also check the package design and nutritional information to ensure they comply with related regulations.
